Refund policy

1. Eligibility
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return
Contact our support team at sylvia11ys@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions.
Ship the item back to our designated return center (return shipping fees may apply).

3. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
For defective/damaged items, we cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund.

Note: Customized or software-activated products may not be eligible for returns unless defective.
